Florida

Sheridan St. Prof. Plaza - Hollywood, FL

The Sheridan Street Professional Plaza includes two three-story, multi-tenant Class B office buildings on just over seven acres. The first building was constructed in 1991, and the second in 2001. The property was acquired by the DBSI REIT in 2004. Combined, the buildings total 114,000 sq ft, with 105,051 sq ft of net rentable space. 

Sheridan Street Professional Plaza is one of four properties included in the DBSI REIT portfolio, which is managed by IAG. IAG provides management and advisory services to the trust and is responsible for day-to-day operations. 


Idaho

North Star Charter School - Eagle, ID

North Star Charter School, a public charter school in Eagle, ID, partnered with IAG for counsel on land acquisition for a new facility and to examine financing options. IAG analyzed the school's charter and financials, conducted a needs assessment, and proposed an initial development outline and road map for the school.


Kansas

Kellog - Wichita, KS

Kellog is a single-story, retail center located in Wichita, KS, the largest city in Kansas. Built in 2002, and acquired by the DBSI REIT in 2005, the building has 34,470 sq ft of net rentable area and is shadow-anchored by the city's Wal-Mart Supercenter and Lowe's home improvement store. 

Kellog is one of the four properties included in the DBSI REIT portfolio, which is managed by IAG. IAG provides management and advisory services to the trust and is responsible for all day-to-day operations. 


Michigan

Fairlane Green, Allen Park, MI

Fairlane Green consists of four single-story, Class A retail buildings located in Allen Park, MI, a suburb of Detroit. Built in 2007, and acquired by the DBSI REIT in 2008, the four buildings have a combined area of approx. 118,950 sq ft of rentable space and sits on approx. 36 acres.

Fairlane Green is one of four properties included in the DBSI REIT portfolio, which is managed by IAG. IAG provides management and advisory services to the trust and is responsible for all day-to-day operations.


South Carolina

Berkley - Columbia, SC

The Berkeley Building is a 73,611 square foot class "A", three story office building in Columbia, SC. Tenants include Hubbell Power Systems, Travelers Insurance Company and Strayer University. IAG was contracted by one of the nation's largest real estate investment firms specializing in tenant-in-common (TIC) syndications to conduct property level due diligence services. 

Center Point - Columbia, SC

Center Point Business Park is a three building, 173,710 square foot office portfolio in Columbia, SC. Tenants include Intel Corporation, BellSouth Advertising and Publishing, Alltel Communications, ETC Deltacom, Sedgwick CMS, Lanier Worldwide and Allstate Insurance. 

IAG was contracted by one of the nation's largest real estate investment firms specializing in tenant-in-common (TIC) syndications to conduct property level due diligence services. 


Texas

Harvey - Harvey, TX

Harvey Retail Center is a 7,488 square foot multi-tenant retail building in Harvey, TX, a suburban area of New Orleans, LA. The center is shadow anchored by Super Wal-Mart and Lowe's. Tenants include Payless Shoes, Sprint, and Starbucks. 

IAG provides asset management services until the property was sold. The IAG Team played a pivotal role in the sale.

This property is an 8,200 square foot, single tenant, in-patient medical facility leased to Odyssey Health Care, located in Conroe, TX, north of Houston.

MacArthur - Irving, TX

MacArthur Retail Center is a 7,545 square foot multi-tenant retail building in Irving, TX on MacArthur Blvd., a mail retail corridor. Tenants include Starbucks, Game Stop, AT&T, and Celebrity Cafe.


Washington

Gardner Center - Battle Ground, WA

Gardner Center is a 42,579 square foot, cinema-anchored, neighborhood retail center in Battleground, WA, a suburb of Vancouver, WA. The center boasts an array of local and national tenants, restaurants, entertainment, fitness and both high and low density professional tenants.
